Member stories
"I signed up for the workout and stayed for the confidence. Six months in and I don't recognise the woman in the mirror — in the best way."

"The camera work is unreal. Every grip and every angle is clear, so training alone at home actually feels coached."

About Dream Girl
Built by dancers, for women who train seriously.
Dream Girl Studios began in a rented room with two poles and one rule: nobody performs for anyone else here. Ten years of competitive and coaching experience later, that room is a pink-lit studio of our own — plus a streaming club serving members in 30 countries.
Every class is filmed on multiple angles, cued for safe progression, and led by certified instructors — so training alone never means training blind.
